- Management and development of the "Process Validation Microbiology" departments
- Review and implementation of corporate goals
- Monitoring of the department's budget and for individual optimization projects
- Close cooperation with relevant departments
- Development of an international strategy for the group
- Follow global developments in the field of cycle development and microbiological qualification
- Taking over discussions with customers or authorities during escalation processes
- Cooperation with the microbiological laboratory of SKAN AG
Anforderungsprofil
Hardskills
- University or technical college degree
- Technical understanding and interest in hands-on chemical and microbiological studies
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required
- Several years of professional and management experience
- German & English business fluent
- Competent appearance towards the customers
- High level of personal responsibility
